Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests. For example:

• Hand Hygiene: More frequent handwashing to help combat the spread of viruses.
• Use of Disinfecting Products: We apply very high standards to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items and areas.
• Public/Shared Spaces: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, eg, tables, chairs, beach loungers, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
• Front Office and Facilities: We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our office focusing on high-touch areas like entrances, counters, and laundry facilities.
